ManageMyHealth (MMH) is an online messaging system available to all patients aged 16 years and over. MMH allows you to communicate with your medical centre and with your approval; MMH uploads your personal health information from your medical centre’s computer system. You will be able to access your personal health information from any internet device at anytime, anywhere in the world.
How to register:
All you need to do is visit Glenview Medical Centre located at 1 Urlich Avenue, Melville Hamilton and talk to one of our friendly reception staff.Documents to bring:
- Photo identification
- Your own email address (cannot be a shared account)
